摘要：In this talk, we shall study Fourier transforms of self-similar measures and their non-linear images. We will present several results on Fourier decay of (nonlinear images of) self-similar measures and their applications in number theory.

报告人简介：

吴猛，芬兰奥卢大学副教授，主要从事分形几何、几何测度论、动力系统与遍历理论、加法组合等方面的研究。于2013年6月获得法国皮卡第大学博士学位，先后在芬兰奥卢大学、以色列耶路撒冷希伯来大学爱因斯坦数学研究所和瑞典 Mittag-Leffler研究所从事博士后研究。在包括 Annals of Math., Adv. Math., Israel J.Math., Int. Math. Res. Notices.在内的数学期刊上发表过文章。最著名的成果之一是解决了 H. Furstenberg 提出的有 50 年历史的交集猜想。2018年荣获芬兰极具竞争力的芬兰科学院研究员基金。2024年荣获ICCM鲍剑文最佳论文奖。
